About the Project

Meet The Roberts

Bill and Beth Roberts loved their Norfolk, MA, home, but knew they would need to make major repairs if they wanted to continue living there. Winter 2015 had taken a serious toll on the exterior and interior of the Roberts’ house. Ice dams not only left them with wet, moldy roofing and siding, but also damp insulation, leaky walls, and staining on the hardwood floor. They knew that if they didn’t intervene, it would only be a matter of time before the situation became dire.

Finding A Trustworthy Contractor

Fortunately, Bill and Beth didn’t have to search long for the right contractor. They had received a fantastic referral for Jancon Exteriors, who came highly recommended by a trusted source. All it took was one quick phone call, and the Roberts were on their way to saving their home.

From Damaged To Downright Beautiful

When they arrived at the scene, the Jancon crew found a total mess. Water runoff from the ice dams had seeped behind the newer, vinyl siding, causing the previous siding to become soaking wet and moldy. The same was true for the roofing underlayment and shingles. In fact, the damage was so severe that water had crept all the way into the interior ceilings and walls, even staining the hardwood floor. The team at Jancon knew they had a hefty project before them, but were prepared to handle every aspect of the job in order to save the Roberts’ home. They worked efficiently to restore the house to optimal condition, and Bill and Beth couldn’t be happier with the results.

What happy Jancon Exteriors customers have to say

My wife Judy and I would like to thank you and your staff for the excellent work completed this week to replace our entire front door assembly. The original assembly was improperly installed when the house was built and resulted in water damage. Now we have a beautiful new Therma- Tru Entry Door System that is sealed tight.

The guys did a great job. Thanks for the updated invoice. I’ll continue to spread the word; “Jancon Exteriors delivers”. We’re very happy with your work and service.

Amanda and Jeff, Just some quick feedback regarding our project. Josh and Jarred did an amazing job. We love our siding!! The quality of work is outstanding and both of them where incredibly helpful throughout the entire project whether it was answering questions we had or certain details we where looking for during the project. They’re both super customer focused and we appreciate their hard work and the results speak for themselves.

My experience with Jancon Exteriors was excellent from start to finish . Jeff was very thorough explaining how everything would progress. I had Hardy Siding, new windows, doors, deck, and a roof completed in 19 days I was satisfied with everything. Jeff has very knowledgeable and trustworthy employees and I will recommend them highly.

Very happy with the new roof and soffit vents that were installed on my house by Jancon. Their quote was higher than the other company I contacted but the professionalism, thoroughness, and communication of Jancon made it worthwhile. The cleanup was excellent and they made sure my attic was clear at the end of the job to help with potential ice dams.

Top notch excellent service and craftsmanship. I am very happy we chose to go with Jancon. There were not the cheapest but definitely were the best overall value for our money and immediately took care of any and all problems whenever they arose.

We had a great experience. Fast, clean efficient project. They were full service took care of permits and disposed of everything. Very satisfied. House looks great and we feel its better protected. No more rotting wood. Highly Recommend!!!!
